I absolutely loved my session with Lorna. She takes time to understand what going on with you at that time. The environment is warm cosy and peaceful. This isn't just reflexology this is an experience. We bit of reiki as well. Armotherpy oils. Highly recommend. Especially with colder evenings coming in. Give it a try you definitely won't be disappointed

First ever time having reflexology and doubt I’d find a better practitioner. Lorna is lovely, with such a welcoming space. The experience felt very personal, tailored around the questions Lorna asked and listened to at beginning of the session. Completely relaxing and very informative afterwards, I’ll be back regularly.

Recently I have experienced some eye trauma resulting in a retinal detachment, I have underwent three eye surgeries in the past two months. I have had a couple of sessions with Lorna so far. I came away feeling lighter, less tense, and my mind was finally quiet for a bit. The care and attention made such a difference. Highly recommend if you need some time to just to breathe and relax.
